The role is full time and manages a client base around the Lake Macquarie and Central Coast Regions. Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Certificate 3 in Individual Support, essential, or Certificate 4 in Aging Support, desirable Experience in leading direct care staff Demonstrated experience in conducting assessments, clinical and client reviews Knowledge of the Commonwealth Home Support program and Support at Home programs Case Management Certificate or willingness to gain Certificate or relevant experience in a Care Management role Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and basic budget and database tools in finance, maintenance, clinical care and governance. Demonstrated skills and experience in: Leading and supervising Writing and reporting Presenting and communicating information Delivering results and meeting customer expectations Planning & organising Demonstrated commitment to a positive organisational culture and ASL’s signature behaviours of commitment, future, mission, respect and honesty.
