Job Description Are you a data-driven marketer or fundraiser looking to make a genuine impact? We’re seeking a Part-Time (3 days a week) Campaign Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of our fundraising campaigns and appeals. In this newly created role, you’ll play a key part in growing our supporter base, deepening donor engagement, and increasing revenue to support our mission. You’ll manage end-to-end individual and regular giving campaigns, leveraging data insights, audience segmentation, and performance analysis. You’ll also be the go-to for CRM (Salesforce) management, ensuring data accuracy and effective reporting to inform campaign decisions. Key Responsibilities Campaign Management: Plan, develop, and manage multi-channel fundraising campaigns from concept to post-campaign analysis. Support individual and regular giving campaigns, including acquisition, retention, and reactivation. Build and manage tailored donor journeys to deepen engagement and increase long-term value. Data & CRM Management: Maintain accurate supporter records in Salesforce CRM. Use CRM data to support campaign planning, execution, and measurement. Desired Skills and Experience About You Demonstrated relevant experience in marketing or fundraising in NFP or charity sector. Experience developing marketing materials and implementing campaigns. Understanding of data-driven marketing channels (EDM, direct mail, digital). Strong planning, organisation, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a small, focused team. Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Passion for social justice and helping children in need. A ‘can-do’ and collaborative attitude. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
