About the Role: The Campaign Administration Coordinator will be a key support player for our busy sales team, ensuring the smooth execution of administrative tasks and assisting in the creation of compelling marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate all aspects of campaign ad ministration Produce insightful market and suburb reports to assist in property marketing strategies Prepare and maintain new property files to support the sales process Craft pre-listing kits and listing presentations , ensuring they reflect the premium nature of our properties Assemble inspection packs and support the team with additional marketing and administrative tasks Be prepared to assist with various ad-hoc duties as , contributing to the seamless operation of the sales team Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Proven experience in administration , preferably within a real estate environment A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and providing effective administrative support Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications , with advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to take initiative and solve problems efficiently Experience with Box Dice is advantageous but not essential A positive and enthusiastic approach with a commitment to team collaboration Why Join Marshall White?
