The perfect candidates will have a proven track record in crafting high-quality cabinets and woodwork, demonstrating exceptional skill, precision, and attention to detail. Your core focus will be to fabricate and assemble cabinetry that meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and functionality, ensuring each piece is both aesthetically pleasing and durable. To qualify for this role, applicants must: Have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cabinet Maker. Provide supporting documents, such as payslips, employment evidence, a valid passport, and police clearances. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to understand project specifications and requirements. Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials, utilizing a variety of hand and power tools. Assemble and construct cabinet components with precision and care, ensuring a high-quality finish. Apply veneers, laminates, and finishes to cabinets and furniture, achieving a superior aesthetic appeal. Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring they meet client specifications and quality standards. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times. Collaborate with designers, project managers, and clients to ensure project goals are met. Keep up-to-date with advancements in cabinet making techniques and materials. Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years’ experience in cabinet making. Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials, with an ability to select the best approach for each project. Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
