Your new role: As a key member of the Maintenance Services team, you will provide high-level administrative and business support across a broad range of functions including human resources, recruitment, contract management, procurement, and financial processes. You'll work closely with senior management and staff to ensure operations run smoothly, deadlines are met, and our service objectives are achieved. This role carries a financial delegation, corporate card responsibilities, and requires a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, and initiative. In this role, you will: * Provide efficient, high-level administrative and business support across HR, recruitment, procurement, and accounts payable functions. * Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including documentation, interview scheduling, and candidate correspondence. * Support budget management by collating, analysing, and presenting financial and statistical reports. * Produce high-quality documents, briefs, reports, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Word and Excel. * Utilise S4 HANA (SAP) for accounts, operational procurement, and reporting functions. * Troubleshoot day-to-day administrative issues, and contribute to ongoing process improvements. About you: You are a proactive, organised, and adaptable administration professional who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys supporting both management and frontline staff. You bring strong technical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality service.
