Team Global Express is seeking a Business Solution Manager to lead the charge in transforming business strategy into impactful technology outcomes. As a Business Solution Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in aligning business goals with technology capabilities across your domain. You’ll lead a team of Business Analysts and own the technology roadmap, ensuring solutions are designed, delivered, and optimized to drive measurable business value. You’ll be the go-to advisor for stakeholders exploring new capabilities, solving complex problems, and driving innovation across systems and processes. What You'll Do: Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to translate strategic goals into technology initiatives. Technology Roadmap Ownership: Define and maintain the roadmap for your domain, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing Business Analysis team. Solution Design: Own end-to-end solution design, integrating systems and processes for cohesive outcomes. Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops, manage expectations, and ensure clear communication throughout the solution lifecycle. Delivery Oversight: Guide project execution, ensuring solutions are implemented as designed and deliver business value. Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of learning, feedback, and iterative enhancement. What You Bring 8–10 years of experience in business solutioning, business analysis, or related roles. Proven leadership in developing technology roadmaps and integrated solutions. Strong understanding of enterprise systems, data flows, and scalable architectures. Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery environments. Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.
