The Role As a Business Services & Tax Partner, you will take a strategic leadership role, advising mid-market clients on complex tax matters, business structuring, and growth strategies. You will lead a high-performing team, manage client relationships, and play a key role in driving the firm's expansion. Key Responsibilities Client Advisory : Provide strategic tax and business advice to mid-market clients, helping them navigate complex financial, tax and regulatory landscapes. Tax Compliance & Planning : Oversee tax compliance, structuring, and planning for clients to optimise financial outcomes. Growth Strategy & Business Structuring : Assist clients in scaling their businesses, improving financial efficiencies, and structuring for success. Team Leadership : Mentor and lead a team of professional accountants both onshore and offshore, fostering a high-performance culture. Business Development : Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, strengthening the firm's position in the market. Qualifications & Experience Professional Qualification : CA or CPA qualification required. Experience : Minimum 10 years in business advisory & tax, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Technical Expertise : Strong knowledge of mid-market tax strategies, compliance, business structuring, and financial management. Commercial Acumen : Proven ability to drive business growth, manage complex client needs, and lead high-performing teams.
