About the Role Wyandra State School is seeking a motivated and highly organised Business Manager to support the Principal through the effective management of the school's operations, including administration, finance, human resources, and facilities. Reporting to the Principal, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school within established policies and guidelines. Key responsibilities include: * Managing daily school office procedures, including reception, correspondence, and maintaining school records. * Supervising and supporting school support staff, including performance monitoring and training coordination. * Overseeing financial matters such as accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and budget preparation with the Principal. * Coordinating the management and maintenance of school facilities, resources, and assets. * Facilitating communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with policies and processes. This role is perfect for an organised and proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative, community-focused environment. About You The following traits would be beneficial: * Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively. * Experience in financial management, including budgeting and reconciliations. * Leadership skills to supervise and support school staff and coordinate recruitment and training. * Proficiency in administrative systems, including experience with tools like OneSchool. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to engage with stakeholders and address challenges.
