Business Development Manager - Premium Hospitality & Events Group Salary: Up to $150,000 super (commensurate with experience) A leading multi-venue hospitality group renowned for its restaurants, event spaces, and high-profile clientele is seeking an experienced and connected Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth across its portfolio. About the Role This newly created role will shape the next chapter of our growth story - moving the sales function from reactive to proactive. Working closely with senior leadership and an established sales team, you'll identify new business opportunities, build key relationships, and develop long-term partnerships across corporate, social, and private event markets. What You'll Do Develop and implement forward-thinking sales strategies across multiple venues Leverage strong networks with event planners, suppliers, local media, and trade partners to drive bookings and brand exposure Collaborate with marketing to strengthen lead generation, brand presence, and CRM performance Optimise existing CRM systems (Tripleseat, SevenRooms) to enhance reporting, conversion tracking, and follow-up processes Represent the brand at key industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities Provide input on digital initiatives and emerging AI tools to improve workflow and client engagement About You Proven track record in hospitality or events sales, ideally across a multi-site or premium venue environment Strong local network of corporate clients, event planners, and suppliers Exceptional relationship-building skills and a confident, personable phone manner Solid understanding of CRM and event-management software (Tripleseat, SevenRooms, Salesforce, etc.) Strategic mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and convert them into long-term business A balance of creativity, commercial acumen, and initiative Why Join Us You'll join a progressive hospitality group that values innovation, collaboration, and genuine relationships - with the autonomy to influence strategy and make a tangible impact across multiple venues. joinJRMhospitality scr_joachim_borenius
