The Company Our client is a leading Australian telecommunications and technology provider, delivering high-performance business internet, NBN, cloud services, cybersecurity solutions and unified communications across a large national fibre network. They support organisations of all sizes with reliable, scalable connectivity and technology solutions designed to enable growth, security and digital transformation. The Role This is a newly created Business Development Manager position. You’ll be responsible for identifying and converting new opportunities, managing the full sales process, and representing the business in key customer and industry environments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a proactive, high-activity sales environment and enjoys opening doors and building meaningful client relationships. Key Responsibilities Identifying, targeting, and winning new business opportunities Managing the full sales process from initial outreach through to closing Representing the business at industry events, trade shows and external engagements Working collaboratively with internal teams to support customer success and revenue growth What We’re Looking For Strong cold calling background and ability to build pipeline from scratch. Current Business Development Manager or Account Manager with experience selling into white space. Preferably UC or telco experience; strong technology sellers also considered. Confident communicator with solid presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
