Your Impact As a Retirement BDM, you’ll: Build deep relationships with advisers, practices, and licensees, supporting quality retirement and portfolio outcomes for clients. Lead conversations on lifetime income, portfolio construction, aged care strategies and the evolving needs of retirees. Drive strategic growth, leveraging Challenger’s market-leading products and partnerships. Drive consistent external activity to meet strategic objectives and sales outcomes. Be a visible leader in the advice community, delivering workshops, presentations, and market insights. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in financial services, with a passion for retirement income, fixed income, and portfolio construction. Outstanding communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts. A customer-first mindset and a track record of business growth. Sound understanding of financial markets, social security, tax and superannuation rules. RG146 compliance across Managed Investments, Superannuation, Life Insurance, Securities, and Derivatives.
