As a national distributor of leading inverter and battery technologies , they supply high-quality residential and small-commercial energy storage systems to installers, retailers, and wholesalers. They’re now looking for ambitious Business Development Managers ready to take ownership of their state, drive growth through their installer and retail networks, and join a business at the ground level with massive potential. If you’re working for an OEM, distributor, or supplier and feel capped, overlooked, or stuck in a business that’s not moving fast enough, this is your opportunity to build something new — with the backing of a proven brand and exceptional product range. The Opportunity Grow your region by identifying, onboarding, and managing trade partners (installers, EPCs, distributors, retailers). Drive sales of inverter and energy storage products across residential and commercial markets. Present technical and ROI-based solutions to customers, supported by strong logistics and technical support. Manage your full sales pipeline from prospecting through to close. Represent the brand at industry events, roadshows, and partner training sessions in your state. About You 2–7 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development. Background in solar, renewables, electrical, or HVAC distribution is highly regarded. Existing network within installers, EPCs, and solar retailers . Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and eager to grow within a fast-moving business.
