What You’ll Do: Collaborate with business owners, product managers, engineering, data, and operations to gather and clarify requirements. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working groups to drive consensus and align priorities. Analyze complex problems, define solution options, and evaluate cost–benefit–risk trade-offs. Elicit, document, and manage requirements: epics, user stories, use cases, business rules, and acceptance criteria. Design and document processes, operating procedures, SLAs/OLAs, and handover collateral. Support project delivery: backlog alignment, UAT planning, test scenario design, defect triage, and benefits realization. What We’re Looking For: 3 Years Proven experience in business analysis across marketing automation, retail operations, or tolling. Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills; comfortable driving consensus across diverse teams. Analytical mindset with ability to deconstruct complex problems and recommend effective solutions. Experience producing clear, structured artefacts: BRDs, FRDs, process models (BPMN/SIPOC), and test documentation. Knowledge of Agile and/or traditional project delivery frameworks.
