The key duties of the position include This position sits within the Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) team in the Corporate Branch. It will provide expert business analysis support for a large-scale, complex ERP implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and compliance requirements. The ERP Business Analyst will work closely with integration leads, technical and functional teams, and stakeholders across the DTA to understand business processes, analyse data, identify gaps, and support change readiness. The position will be instrumental in translating business needs into system solutions, supporting testing, training, and go-live activities. Please note: This role may require interstate travel from time to time. Key duties: Conduct detailed analysis and documentation of business requirements across the Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, Travel and Expense Management value streams. Collaborate closely with business areas and technical teams to create, validate, and translate business needs into functional specifications within the DTA's environment. Support data gathering, cleansing, and validation for migration and reporting. Identify gaps between existing business processes and system capabilities, recommending solutions. Develop tools and documentation to support business readiness and change management. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs to gather insights, manage expectations, and ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle. Support testing, change management, and implementation activities by providing subject matter expertise and ensuring traceability of requirements through to delivery. Assist with post-go-live support.
