The Opportunity Join Wales Bus at our dynamic smash repair facility in Smithfield! We’re looking for an experienced Body Builder to bring their expertise to the team. In this hands-on role, you'll use your skills to shape and restore heavy vehicle exteriors—playing a key part in delivering high-quality results and driving the future of automotive excellence. Role responsibilities Assess the vehicle’s damage to determine how to perform the restoration work Ensure the chassis crush is properly maintained & used appropriately Treat company equipment with the same respect for your own tools Advise the Parts Interpreter of any additional parts required not originally quoted on the estimate Co-ordinate with other workers in the workshop to ensure the workflow is appropriately placed Notify of any product shortages which would restrict production Check the schedule daily to ensure time-frames are met Does this sound like you?
