About the opportunity: Purpose The Bids & Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of the bids process, proposals and presentations for the Office team at Charter Hall. This includes managing the end-to-end bid process, coordinating content creation and ensuring submissions are aligned with Charter Hall’s strategy and brand. This role is pivotal in achieving leasing outcomes, driving efficiencies, enhancing proposal quality, and supporting internal stakeholders to secure new tenant customers and retain existing tenant customers for the Office portfolio. What you'll be doing Acting as a senior member of the Marketing and Customer Experience team, providing general leadership support for other members of the team, as well as leadership to other internal and external stakeholders. Working with National Lead - Marketing & Customer Experience to position the Office team as best in class and reinforcing Charter Hall’s reputation as a customer centric business. Collaborating with National Marketing & Communications Manager to support in the execution of messaging and positioning for the Office strategy, set by the Office Leadership team. Collaborating with respective Marketing Managers to support in the execution of messaging and positioning for the relevant asset strategies in relevant bids. Working with the National Customer Experience Manager and Customer Experience team on a pipeline of relevant case studies and marketing messaging to support the acquisition or retention of tenant customer bids. Building a positive reputation for Office Marketing & Customer Experience as a trusted business partner and thought leader in Charter Hall. Leading the development, coordination and submission of EOIs, RFPs, RFIs, RFTs for asset leasing. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to define bid strategy, value propositions, and ‘win’ themes. Tailoring bid responses and presentations to client requirements, ensuring clarity and impact. Managing timelines, approvals, and governance documentation across multiple concurrent bids. Conducting post-submission debriefs and implement learnings for continuous improvement. Supporting Customer & Market Engagement Lead and Asset Management team with key tenant customer and agency partner / tenant representative market presentations. Maintaining and updating Office bid resources including templates, case studies and collateral. Ensuring consistent application of Charter Hall’s brand and messaging in bid material. Collaborating with other Sectors / Business Units to ensure consistent tone of voice and messaging for key tenant customers. Supporting the Office team with business unit requirements such as capability documents, investor presentations, internal and external presentations and reports. Supporting with requirements for investor engagement as it relates to the Office portfolio. Navigating conflicting inputs and ensure alignment across stakeholders. Identifying and implement new initiatives to enhance bid quality and efficiency. Developing systems and processes to streamline business tasks and improve outcomes.
