Behaviour Support Clinician - Community Based | Parramatta Location: Parramatta, Sydney Employment Type: Full-time Start Date: ASAP Roster: Monday to Friday (no weekends) Salary: Up to $100,000 p.a. Super KM reimbursement Bonuses About the Role We are seeking a passionate Behaviour Support Clinician who is already an NDIS-registered Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our collaborative multidisciplinary team. This is a community-based position where You will play a key role in improving participants' quality of life, promoting independence, and ensuring all supports align with Positive Behaviour Support principles. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behaviour assessments and develop, implement, and review behaviour support plans. Apply a strong understanding of the Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework and restrictive practice guidelines. Support families and carers in understanding and managing the impacts of disability. Deliver strengths-based, trauma-informed, and least-restrictive behavioural interventions. Implement strategies to support daily living, social inclusion, sensory regulation, and mental health management. About You NDIS-approved Behaviour Support Practitioner (essential). Bachelor's degree in psychology, Social Work, Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Sciences, or a related health/disability field. Minimum 1 year of experience Strong knowledge of evidence-based behavioural interventions and the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission framework.
