What You’ll Be Doing You’ll deliver high-quality Behaviour Support services including, but not limited to: Functional behavioural assessments. Development and review of Behaviour Support Plans. Supporting the reduction of restrictive practices. Training families, carers, and support teams. Working collaboratively with a wider clinical and support network. Maintaining compliance with NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission requirements with our support and guidance. What You Need To hit the ground running, you’ll need: Qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, OT, Behaviour Support, or a related field. Experience writing BSPs and conducting functional assessments. Understanding of NDIS Practice Standards & Restrictive Practice Rules. NDIS Worker Screening. First Aid Infection Control.
