We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join a leading organization in the Data Analytics industry, spearheading growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship building. Client Details This organisation is a well-established entity and a global leader in Aviation analytics, providing powerful data and insights to airlines, airports, aircraft manufacturers, travel enterprises, and financial institutions to optimize operations and improve decision-making. Description · Drive new business acquisition and market penetration through high levels of outbound activity (cold calls, email outreach, and in-person visits). · Schedule and attend sales appointments; qualify prospects through expert discovery and align needs with the solutions. · Define and execute a new business development strategy aligned with the companies goals and market trends. · Negotiate and close agreements, ensuring value-based pricing and properly scoped contracts. · Maintain accurate CRM data, tracking all activity, opportunity stages, and sales forecasts. · Represent the company at industry conferences and events to expand your network and generate new leads. · Analyse sales performance, report regularly, and develop action plans to drive continuous improvement Profile A successful Business Development Manager should have: · Proven track record in business development, with a hunter's mindset for driving new client acquisition. · Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, able to engage decision-makers and uncover client needs. · Commercial acumen and resilience, thriving in fast-paced, target-driven environments. · Passion for data-driven solutions, with the ability to translate analytics into business value. · Bonus: Genuine enthusiasm for the aviation industry, bringing added insight and credibility to client conversations.
