Barista-All Rounders The Fresh Collective is currently seeking passionate Casual Barista All-rounders to join their team at the Members Lounge at The Art Gallery of NSW's. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about coffee and have a strong desire to provide exceptional service in a dynamic environment. About the role Make coffee to a high quality and appearance Take orders and enter in POS Provide a high-quality service to guests Work as an integral part of the front of house team Day Shifts between Monday to Sunday - about 25 hrs/week On Wednesdays, the day shifts may extend until 9pm Hourly rate: Mon-Fri at $32.31 Sat at $38.78 Sun at $45.24 plus super About You Ideally 6 months Barista experience in a fast-paced environment, smaller café environment or kiosk Knowledge and passion in making all types of espresso coffee Ability to dial in grinders, maintain consistency during a busy burst.
