About the Role We are looking for an experienced, creative, and passionate Barber to join our newly opened barbershop in Derrimut. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality barbering services including haircuts, fades, beard trims, and shaves. Provide professional consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable styles. Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized workstation in accordance with salon standards. Manage appointments and walk-ins effectively to ensure smooth daily operations. Stay up to date with grooming trends, new techniques, and emerging products. Provide excellent customer service, building loyal client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Support a positive, respectful, and collaborative team culture. Skills and Experience Certificate III in Barbering or equivalent qualification preferred. Proven hands-on experience as a barber in a salon or barbershop environment. Advanced knowledge of men’s haircutting, beard styling, and shaving techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach. High attention to detail and a commitment to hygiene and safety standards. Professional presentation, punctuality, and reliability.
