JOB SUMMARY The Living Room Bar Supervisor’s primary responsibility includes managing the team and assigned shift operations within the Lobby Lounge. The Supervisor is expected to constantly strive to maximize talent and guest satisfaction, as well as revenues and profitability. Additional responsibilities include creating authentic guest experiences, managing the B&F reservations, maintaining hotel standards, training the talent, managing rosters and timesheets, and supporting the manager with any other tasks assigned. Plays a significant role in the daily supervision of the Living Room Bar and the team, maintain sanitation standards, and assist talent and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods. Strives to continually improve guest and talent satisfaction. Determines training needed to accomplish goals, then implements plan.
