About the role: Advise on front-end construction, energy and infrastructure projects across Australia. Draft and negotiate EPC, D&C, consultancy and O&M agreements. Provide strategic advice on procurement, project delivery and risk management. Collaborate with senior lawyers and cross-practice teams nationally. Mentor junior lawyers and take ownership of client relationships. The ideal candidate: 4 years’ PQE in front-end construction, infrastructure or contract-based law. Strong academic record and top-tier or international firm experience preferred. Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex project documentation. Background in a top or leading mid-tier firm highly regarded. Strong technical, commercial and client relationship skills. Team-oriented with initiative, drive and a passion for project work.
