About the role As the Associate Nurse Manager - Candidate Care, you will play a key role in: * Providing personalised support to nursing and midwifery candidates throughout the recruitment process. * Ensuring a smooth, positive and professional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding. * Coordinating communication, documentation and follow-up to streamline processes and remove barriers. * Working closely with the Recruitment, Nursing, Midwifery and Workforce teams to meet workforce needs. * Contributing to innovative recruitment strategies and engaging talent for our service.
