About the Role As our Associate Distribution Officer, you'll play a critical part in the logistics process—from receiving and dispatching life-saving medical equipment to supporting end-to-end warehouse operations. You'll ensure healthcare professionals get what they need, when they need it, so they can focus on delivering world-class patient care. What You’ll Do Process inbound and outbound orders with accuracy and attention to detail Maintain clean and organised inventory systems and warehouse space Collaborate with internal teams (sales, customer service, sourcing) to meet time-sensitive goals Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and support process improvements Uphold our high standards for safety, quality, and compliance Engage in learning and development opportunities to support your growth What We’re Looking For A proactive, hands-on individual with a strong sense of accountability Excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail Comfort working in a physical, fast-paced environment A team player who communicates well and enjoys contributing to shared goals An interest in supply chain, logistics, or healthcare (no prior experience required—we’ll train you) Why Join Stryker?
