Job Description Your New Role This role ensures a seamless experience for staff and visitors. You will manage front-of-house services, coordinate office operations, and support facilities management to keep our workplace running smoothly. Core Accountabilities: Provide a professional reception service, managing calls and greeting visitors. Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with event setup. Manage couriers, stationery, catering, and office supplies. Support facilities management, including maintenance and security coordination. Maintain accurate records and prepare monthly office management reports. Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure quality service delivery. Train and guide relief staff to maintain consistent service standards. Desired Skills and Experience About You You are a proactive and customer-focused professional who thrives in a dynamic corporate environment. You bring strong communication skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to work independently when required. Your attention to detail and adaptability ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. What You Bring Clear and professional written communication skills for emails, reports, and correspondence. A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service with a polite and considerate manner. Ability to work effectively as part of a team, share information, and follow directions while managing tasks autonomously. Experience in corporate reception and administrative support, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with phone systems. Capacity to learn and adapt to organisation-specific systems for invoicing, data entry, and record keeping. Certificate III or higher in Facilities Management, Business, Administration, Property, or a related discipline (desirable). High levels of personal drive, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Calm and composed under pressure, with a strong focus on customer experience.
