$100k - $115K PKG Sydney CBD Location Leading Commercial Landlord About the Role: Talent Web is proud to be partnering with a leading commercial landlord in the Sydney CBD to recruit an Assistant Facilities Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable, institutional-grade landlord with a premium commercial portfolio. Supporting a Senior Facilities Manager, you will gain technical experience down a direct succession plan into a Facilities Manager. This role is ideal for someone with a strong base in facilities, ready to take the next step in their FM career with a landlord who invests in their people. Responsibilities: Coordinate reactive and preventative maintenance activities across commercial office assets Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure high standards of delivery Support the delivery of minor capital works and sustainability initiatives Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with WHS, fire, and essential services regulations Assist with reporting, budgeting and invoice management Use FM systems such as BMS and work order platforms to track asset performance and works Requirements: 2 years of experience in facilities or property management, within commercial office assets Strong knowledge of WHS obligations, building compliance, and contractor management Proactive and organised with excellent communication skills Exposure to building services and essential services compliance How to Apply: If you have a background in facilities and are interested in this position, click "Apply" or send your resume directly to Donny at dmudiasa@talentweb.com.au to express your interest today!
