Contour Medprep: Reshaping medical preparation with a proven, step-by-step pathway through the UCAT, interviews, and admissions, led by a team of 100 medical students. Contour TestPrep: Reshaping test preparation, starting with the selective entry exam, through rigorous tutoring, mock exams, and data-driven feedback to give students a decisive advantage. What You Will Do Multi-Site Management & New Campus Launch Lead your portfolio of Contour campuses, driving a continuous uplift of operational standards, team performance, and campus presentation. Project-manage the launch of new Victorian campuses, from site fit-out to opening day, ensuring 100% readiness on day one. Own the operational rhythms that drive growth across all sites, new and old. You will ensure that exceptionally smooth operations and a premium, hospitality-grade experience are the default, leading directly to student retention and word-of-mouth referrals. Partner with Academics, People & Culture, Marketing, Tech, and the National Campus Ops team to execute new launches and roll out improvements across the entire VIC network. Operational Excellence Own daily operations across your portfolio of campuses: class readiness, rostering, reschedules, attendance, inventory, and service operations (phone, email, text, in-person). Audit all sites regularly against the Campus Ops Playbook; close gaps fast; feed improvements back into the national standard. Keep all campuses beautiful: safety, compliance, maintenance, hospitality-grade presentation, and alignment with Contour's brand. Leadership & Team Building Hire, onboard, coach, and mentor high-calibre Service Team Members & Campus Leaders. Create a culture of kindness, responsibility, continuous improvement, and unity across multiple sites, with standards that are loving but uncompromising. Be a trusted partner to tutors: classrooms prepped, resources perfect, tech ready. Every class, every time. Student Experience Own student & parent experience across your region: walk-in conversion, NPS, referrals, and event execution like mock exams. Work with Enrolments Team to create new classes in line with demand and utilisation. Grow proactively, not reactively. Resolve escalations with empathy and precision; protect the brand and relationships. Continuous Improvement Ship meaningful service improvements (automation, workflow, environment, or rhythms) that can be scaled across the VIC network. Ship meaningful campus improvements across facilities, maintenance, compliance, and cost control. Partner with founders & senior leadership to implement strategy and growth initiatives. What You Will Bring Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-site or venue leadership in education, hospitality, retail, fitness. Anywhere premium service and tight ops matter. People leader: recruits well, coaches hard and kind, builds capability and pride, and can manage leaders. Operator’s eye: you notice the 1% details (chairs straight, print packs perfect, lighting right) and the 10,000-foot flows (schedules, staffing, cost lines). System thinker: turns chaos into checklists, reports, rituals, and dashboards with sound project management skills. Solution-oriented: flexible, proactive mindset with first-principles problem-solving. Extreme ownership: proactive, accountable, allergic to “near enough.” Mission fit: deeply aligned with reshaping education, one student at a time. Bonus points: education ops, franchise/rollout playbooks, new-site openings, CX/NPS programs, light technical fluency (you love automations or data).
