Job Title: Architectural Draftsperson Salary: Based on experience and offer Employment Type: Full-time Location: Pyrmont Sydney About AJH Architecture & Interiors Pty Ltd (AJH) AJH is a built environment design studio providing architectural, interior and urban design for very diverse projects to assist in resolving housing crisis in Australia, hospitality and commercial projects. We are industry recognised for our focus on design excellence, sustainability and creating projects where quality and longevity is essential Position Description: We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Architectural Draftsperson with minimum 2 years post qualification experience to join our team at AJH. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about their work and ready to make an impact in a growing business. In this role, you will be responsible for: Developing designs within a supportive team Capturing all design requirements in REVIT . Resolving projects from Design, DA, Construction Certificate and Construction through to hand over of the key to clients Interpreting and incorporating all code requirements: NCC, Australian standards, ADG etc You will be working closely with the Director and the wider team contributing to the success of our varied projects Skills and Experience Required: To be successful in this role, you will need: Minimum 2 years post qualification experience ( TAFE Diploma of Building Design completion) Excellent in REVIT, Adobe Suite (photoshop, indesign etc), Microsoft suite, D5 render an advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks or priorities Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 plus super How to Apply: If this sounds like the right fit for you, we’d love to hear from you!
