The APS6 Partner Manager role works within a team responsible for the effective management of performance, contract assurance, and operational objectives of the Partners in the Community program. This will be achieved through the development of positive and collaborative working relationships with partners and key internal stakeholders. Our partners are community-based organisations that we fund to help deliver local area coordination and early childhood services in some parts of Australia. The key duties of the position include The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is seeking suitable candidates to fill APS6 Partner Manager vacancies in the Partners Branch. Partner Managers are confident communicators providing subject matter expertise and technical knowledge on a range of complex and routine legislative, policy and practice matters. Their role is to support the delivery of performance and contract assurance activities to a high standard. This role will provide you with opportunities to make a key contribution to the partners in the community program and contribute to the success of the NDIA for generations to come. Responsibilities of the role may include, but are not limited to: Building and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders and partners as their central point of contact within the agency. Supporting the operational performance and practice of partners to ensure they fulfil their contractual obligations and meet the requirements of the performance management framework (PMF). Contribute to regular partner meetings and support the implementation of strategies and data analytics to drive performance improvements and build partner capability. Respond to stakeholder enquiries of a complex or routine nature relating to the PiTC program, and contribute subject matter expertise and technical knowledge to develop solutions. Provide accurate and specialised advice to partners relating to legislation, contracts, policies and procedures. Actively participate in governance or working group projects and activities, to support the branch to achieve objectives. Contribute to the development of team objectives and strategic planning for branch initiatives, including the identification and management of risks. Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal systems and processes. Where relevant this position may have team leadership responsibilities and delegated authority to manage resources. Coaching others to develop and build their capability and provide performance feedback.
