Application Analyst - Radiology Reporting

The Applications Analyst plays a key role in the successful deployment of Jacobian’s structured reporting solution, Fluency for Imaging (FFI). You will develop a deep understanding of the application and guide radiology organisations through an optimised, efficient workflow design that maximises the value of FFI and its fully integrated AI technologies. Lead discovery workshops to capture radiology workflows, integration points, and configuration requirements. Collaborate with the implementation team to design configuration plans aligned with customer expectations and clinical use cases. Develop UAT scripts, coordinate testing, track issues, and validate success criteria. Deliver user training (onsite or remote) and create tailored training materials. Support customers during go-live, resolving configuration issues and workflow questions. Maintain comprehensive documentation of workflows, configuration decisions, and test outcomes. Advise customers on workflow optimisation and technical considerations. Share learnings internally to support continuous improvement. Act as a liaison between customers and internal Jacobian teams throughout implementation. Ensure timely stakeholder communication and maintain alignment and customer trust. Requirements Experience in radiology environments or with RIS/PACS, EMR/EHR, or clinical workflow systems. 2–5 years as an Applications Analyst or similar role in the healthcare IT industry. Strong understanding of radiology workflows and ability to translate technical concepts for clinical users. Excellent communication, training, and customer-facing skills with the ability to manage multiple customers/projects. Strong problem-solving, documentation, and time-management abilities. Familiarity with the Australian healthcare system and PHI is an advantage. Benefits Flexible work environment, including up to 100% remote work.
