In this role, you will manage and support infrastructure projects, compliance, and delivering both in-person and remote end-user support. You'll collaborate with Otis global IT partners across Network, Compute/Storage, and Workplace domains, while working closely with regional and global Digital Technology teams to deliver high-quality, reliable IT services. 12 months fixed term role Based in Sydney, CBD Matrix reporting to local and regional managers Your Key Responsibilities Responsible for all IT infrastructure, compliance, and administrative operations. Collaborate with global and local third-party vendors to manage IT infrastructure services. Proficient in ServiceNow to ensure timely resolution of incidents. Plan, manage, and deliver key IT projects on time with effective reporting. Create and maintain IT knowledge base articles. Support change management processes and perform compliance audits. Drive continuous improvement in processes, reporting, and monitoring. Provide administrative support as required. What you will need to be successful Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, networking and on-premises services (Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or similar certifications would be an advantage) Have a Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field 3 -5 years of working experience in an IT related roles Have experience with audit and compliance frameworks such as SOX or J-SOX Good communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues in simple terms Proactive and collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Customer-focused, team-oriented, and committed to meeting or exceeding service levels ?Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Apply today to join us and build what's next If you live in a city, chances are we will give you a lift or play a role in keeping you moving every day.
