About your opportunity: In this position you will: * Provide operational management and leadership of multidisciplinary teams of Allied Health professionals, to support effective and efficient delivery of highly responsive services, ensuring budget planning and integrity, across multiple geographically dispersed sites of Innisfail, Tully and Babinda. * Possess a broad, well-developed working knowledge of the clinical practice of varied Allied Health professions including Nutrition and Dietetics, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Speech Pathology and Social Work across acute, sub-acute, outreach and community and population health frameworks. * Utilise advanced level communication skills including negotiation, advocacy, conflict resolution and team building skills to lead and manage an Allied Health team, ensuring the provision of high-quality clinical services appropriately targeted to a broad and varied range of client/stakeholder needs.
