Key Responsibilities Delivering high-quality clinical or personal care to residents Medication administration and accurate clinical documentation (for RNs) Supporting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) (for AINs) Assisting with mobility, hygiene, and nutritional needs Building strong relationships with clients and care teams Promoting independence, dignity, and respect for every resident Requirements Current AHPRA Registration (for RNs) Cert III or IV in Aged Care / Individual Support (for AINs) Minimum 6 months of recent experience Police Check , Flu & COVID-19 vaccinations First Aid & CPR Certificate Flexibility to work across multiple sites and shifts (AM, PM, Night) Why Join H1 Healthcare Agency?
