Your duties as an Aged Care Nurse include, but are not limited to: Delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care and monitor residents’ health and wellbeing. Administering medications, manage care plans, and respond promptly to clinical changes. Leading and supporting care teams, ensuring safe and effective delivery of care.
