Then you will have the following… Previous experience in Health and Aged Care cookery Catering experience requiring knowledge of dietary requirements A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent Current WWCC will be highly regarded Knowledge in disclosable illness Police Check or willing to obtain one Competence managing compliance, OH&S, and quality assurance Possess outstanding communication skills, written and verbal Genuine care for the people you are cooking for Uniform: Traditional Chef jacket & pants, knives, apron, chef hat, safety shoes All Aged Care and Healthcare employees must have up-to-date Covid-19 Vaccinations and a recent Flu Vaccination (Or willing to obtain) Got all of the above?
