About the Role An excellent opportunity is available for an Aftercare & Maintenance Coordinator with to join our client's team. Working alongside the Senior Aftercare Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing and coordinating building maintenance and defect rectification on a day-to-day basis. This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the confidence to handle small repair tasks when necessary. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for all defect and maintenance requests. Record defects in the appropriate system or spreadsheet, including photos, videos, and client details. Liaise with residents, building managers, and trades to coordinate inspections and works. Prepare and maintain booking schedules, updating details as required. Professionally represent the company during on-site visits and client interactions. Follow up on defect closeouts and ensure documentation is updated. Perform minor rectification or repair work where needed About You Previous experience in a maintenance coordination or repairs role preferred. Comfortable using basic tools for minor repair work. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Reliable, organised, and customer-focused, with a proactive and positive attitude.
