Full time 12-month fixed term contract South Australian Native Title Services (SANTS) is the native title service provider for South Australia delivering services to South Australia’s Traditional Owners. Our primary role is to ensure we protect native title rights and interests, and enhance the economic, social and cultural aspects of their lives. We are now seeking an Administrative Services Officer (Receptionist) to work in our Administration Team to start immediately: Reporting to the Administration Services Coordinator, the Administratiive Services Officer (Receptionist) should be able to: Assist in providing a positive, helpful and courteous reception service to clients, visitors and staff at all times. Act as the first point of contact, providing a positive and professional first impression for visitors and callers. Customer service skills when dealing with internal and external customers. Respond to enquiries from clients and other agencies via email and phone. Coordinate and support meetings with relevant internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication Maintain database(s) of client addresses and details and other relevant information, cab charge register, incoming and outgoing mail registers Maintain office supplies and order weekly where required. Assist with booking travel for clients, including providing a register of bookings to ensure compliance and control. Assist in supporting the Archivist with archiving in the SANTS library. Provide support for projects which look at improving work practices. Work co-operatively as part of the Administration team. Utilise SANTS records management system, and experience in using Content Manager would be desirable. Proficiency in the application of the Microsoft Office suite. Qualifications and attributes Certificate in Business Administration (or other related discipline). 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role. Current South Australian Driver's Licence.
