(pro-rata) Superannuation & Salary Sacrifice Benefits Adelaide CBD Full Time, Permanent Role About the Role As the Administration Support Officer , you will provide high-quality, professional and responsive administrative support to the Office of the Chief Executive Officer. You will deliver a broad range of administrative and correspondence coordination services that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the CEO’s office. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining accuracy in communication, and supporting the delivery of timely and well-organised executive functions. As a valued member of the OCEO executive services team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of improved systems and processes that strengthen team responsiveness and overall performance. You will work closely with senior staff, stakeholders and internal clients, supporting an environment where professionalism, confidentiality and service excellence are paramount. About You You are a proactive, organised and professional administrator who thrives in a fast-paced executive environment. Educational/Vocational Qualifications – No formal qualifications required. Personal Abilities/Aptitudes/Skills – Strong initiative, professionalism and enthusiasm; ability to work effectively within a team and independently; able to quickly grasp new concepts; excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organisational and prioritisation skills; attention to detail; confidentiality when handling sensitive information; and intermediate proficiency in Word processing and Excel. Experience – Proven experience in administrative roles within a service environment; experience maintaining office supplies, procedures and technologies; and confidence working across a broad range of administrative tasks. Knowledge – Understanding of time-management principles, office administration processes, Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Objective Electronic Records Management System.
