As Associate Director, Purchase Process and Experience Manager, you will guide the strategy and roadmap for our eCommerce digital checkout experience. You will ensure outstanding end-to-end customer experiences across digital customer touchpoints. Reporting to the Director of Digital Product Management, you will have a key role in crafting Optus’ digital vision—delivering simple & high-performing purchase experiences that allow our customers to self-serve Optus product offers with ease. What You’ll Do Define and carry out the digital eCommerce checkout strategy and roadmap Deliver insights for weekly, monthly and quarterly business performance reviews Lead customer-focused experiences and new capabilities throughout digital commerce touchpoints Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Digital & eCommerce, CX, IT, Marketing, Agile Communities) to deliver initiatives on time and within budget Analyse customer insights, market trends, and experimentation results to prioritise roadmap decisions & develop business cases Manage capacity planning and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for the Digital Community. Build positive relationships with strategic vendors and internal partners (Adobe, Salesforce, Google, Amdocs). What You Bring Demonstrated expertise in managing digital products and developing digital & ecommerce strategies Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence across multiple teams Commercial competence and data-driven decision-making Excellent communication, collaborator management, and negotiation skills Familiarity with agile delivery methods and digital technologies.
