About the Role Reporting directly to the CEO, you will manage all aspects of the finance function in a standalone capacity. This role offers autonomy, accountability, and variety across both accounts and payroll responsibilities. Key responsibilities include: Managing end-to-end accounts payable Preparing and lodging BAS, payroll tax, and superannuation Processing payroll for a small team Managing bank reconciliations and financial reporting Supporting month-end processes and cash flow management Identifying and implementing process improvements Ensuring compliance with accounting and legislative requirements About You You will bring solid accounting and payroll experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You'll be proactive, organised, and confident managing your own workload.
