We are looking for someone to manage Sales in Castle Hill and the surrounding area and ideally you will have experience in a sales role in the plumbing trade/hardware industry. About You Demonstrated experience in sales is essential. Passion, result-oriented and ambitious. Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders. Ability to interpret and analyze sales data. An appreciation for the importance of good relationships. Key account management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong work ethic. Proven presentation skills. To be able to work autonomously and as part of a team. About the role You will be responsible for managing and growing existing account holders as well as maximizing new business opportunities with the focus on continually improving sales and margin. You will provide pricing and quotations for new and existing account holders with a high level of customer satisfaction and liaising with Branch staff to ensure we deliver on our promise.
