The Role We are looking for a motivated Account Manager to strengthen our footprint across Western Sydney, someone who excels at building genuine relationships, uncovering fresh opportunities, and delivering solutions that keep customers coming back. Key Responsibilities Build, nurture and maintain strong relationships with a diverse customer base. Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive cold calling and lead follow-ups. Prepare accurate, timely quotes and provide practical customer solutions. Coordinate customer allocation and scheduling to ensure seamless service delivery. Meet established sales targets and KPIs, providing regular progress updates to the Sales Manager. What You Will Need to Succeed Sales experience in concrete supply or related industries (highly regarded), with a strong customer-service mindset and passion for growth. Experience overseeing infrastructure-focused customers and projects (desirable). Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with confident communication across all organisational levels, including cold calling. Strong organisational skills, able to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously.
