The purpose of this role is to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred support to NDIS participants and ensure that the services being rendered by Incluso Services team members meets our quality and care standards. This role involves leading a team of Disability Support Workers, coordinating the service delivery, rostering your team, maintaining required compliance and fostering a positive and inclusive environment that promotes participant independence and community participation for the participant/s that reside in the assigned SIL home. Requirements What you'll do: Oversee rostering and delivery of NDIS supports, ensuring shifts are always covered and services align with participant goals. Deliver person-centred, goal-focused support and regularly review and adjust participant plans. Manage scheduling, staff allocation and attendance at required appointments. Conduct regular on-site visits across Melbourne SIL and client locations to monitor standards, safety and client satisfaction. Keep guardians, support coordinators and families informed of participant wellbeing and progress. Recruit, train, supervise and develop support workers, manage performance and maintain adequate staffing. Ensure compliance with NDIS and organisational policies (risk management, incident reporting, feedback/complaints, workforce capability). Monitor and audit medication administration, restrictive practices and participant records in Visual Care; maintain health and hospital logs. Maintain high standards of care, cleanliness and safety in SIL homes and prepare regular reports on service delivery and outcomes. What you'll bring: Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services, or a related field (required). Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant discipline (preferred). Proven team leadership experience. Understanding of disability support services, NDIS plans, and community engagement (mandatory). Strong ability to interact with participants, team members, and stakeholders Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to NDIS and non-NDIS stakeholders. Bring a friendly, positive and can-do attitude. Strong interpersonal skills, intellectual rigour and curiosity, and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
