Job Details About the company 3 Day Nanny Educator (15855) Long Jetty 3 days per week with a child aged 4 years Rate: $40.30 - $43.01 (L3) per hour including Tax and Super (costs associated with Insurance & Workcover are taken care of by the Employer, who will also process your Tax and Super payments on your behalf) Thursday: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Friday: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Saturday: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Flex with days & times (from January 2026) This family would like: A family is seeking a calm, patient Educator to support their four year old child. The ideal Educator will have experience in trauma informed care and supporting children with ADHD, along with a genuine interest in cultural awareness and meaningful teaching. The family values an approach that follows the child’s interests. This child enjoys cars, building, imaginative shop play, insects, science activities such as volcanoes, water play and anything sensory. They also love time outdoors, exploring nature and visiting the park. The Educator will support the child’s development through positive behaviour guidance, consistent routines and gentle redirection strategies. A steady, confident approach and a warm teaching style will fit this family beautifully. You must: - Have obtained or are working towards your Cert III, Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education & Care OR have a Bachelor teaching degree in Primary Education and are registered with the teaching authority board of the relevant state - Be an experienced child care worker with at least 3 professional references. - Have WWCC, Police Check, CPR and Level 2 First Aid - Have a car & driver's licence - Be willing to commit for at least 12 months - Full working rights in Australia. (A range of visas may be considered depending on conditions and length of remaining stay - for example: visa 190 or visa 186. Applicants with 417 & 462 visas need not apply.)
