About the role: Kickstart your career as a Refrigeration Apprentice with a leading manufacturer of explosion-proof HVAC systems used across the oil and gas industry. Hands-on learning: Get involved from day one in a real manufacturing environment - from ambient climate control and electrical wiring, schematic drawings to product testing. Be part of something new: Contribute to production teams within a purpose-built manufacturing facility while also learning from experienced trades professionals based in Wollongong. Practical mindset with good problem-solving skills and attention to detail in hands-on work. Ability to work collaboratively in a team while showing initiative and eagerness to learn.
