About the role: Kickstart your career as an Industrial Electrical Apprentice with a leading manufacturer of explosion-proof HVAC systems used across the oil and gas industry. Hands-on learning: Get involved from day one in a real manufacturing environment - from control cabinets and electrical wiring, schematic drawings to product testing. Be part of something new: Contribute to production teams within a purpose-built manufacturing facility while also learning from experienced trades professionals based in Wollongong. Support and training: Work alongside a dedicated industrial engineering team who'll help you develop your technical skills and industry knowledge. What we are looking for: Genuine interest in developing a trade career as an Industrial Electrical Mechanic within a manufacturing environment. Strong commitment to safety and willingness to follow workplace procedures and supervision. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude or completion of a pre-apprenticeship (highly desirable). Practical mindset with good problem-solving skills and attention to detail in hands-on work. Ability to work collaboratively in a team while showing initiative and eagerness to learn.
