If you are experiencing issues trying to login to your NZRelo account it may be because you signed up via Facebook or Google+.
Please note, if your password is coming back as incorrect you may need to try using one of the other login methods.
At the time of your sign up there were three options:
- Email & Password
Our main complaint from people trying to access their account is that they can’t remember their password. If you signed up with either Facebook or Google+ you won’t have an email or password and will need to login using the same method.
Changing Your Password
Head to your profile. Found in the top right corner of your screen.
Once in your profile, click the settings button. Enter your new password and save changes.
Your password is now changed and you should receive a confirmation email once complete. You will need to login to your NZRelo account with your new password.
