About the role

Join the team at Burwood Nissan as a full-time Service Receptionist. In this important customer-facing role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout their vehicle service experience.

What you'll be doing

• Greet and welcome customers to our service department in a friendly and professional manner
• Process service bookings and enquiries, ensuring all information is accurately captured
• Provide customers with regular updates on the status of their vehicle repairs and maintenance
• Handle cash and card payments, issuing receipts and managing the cash drawer
• Maintain a clean and organised reception and waiting area
• Assist with other administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or reception role, ideally within the automotive industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficient in using computer systems and office software
• A genuine interest in the automotive industry and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
