This role requires strategic planning, risk management, and alignment with organisational goals while often managing multiple concurrent projects. This role suits a strategic, people-centred project manager who excels at bringing diverse stakeholders together, including internal teams, community partners and government, to turn complex ideas into practical, effective solutions. You will provide strong leadership, facilitate effective communication, and engage with senior stakeholders to drive project success. By coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders, they will ensure seamless execution, proactively manage risks, and maintain project alignment with business objectives This is a Non IT Project Manager role Key Skills Required: Demonstrated experience in project managing business components of multiple implementations. Strong skills in project methodology execution. Broad understanding and exposure to various project methodologies. Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities. Ability to think strategically and see the big picture and align project goals with organisational strategy. Excellent client/stakeholder liaison skills in controlling the planning and implementation of multiple projects and the ability to deal with conflict. Experience in Social services/Social housing/Community Services industry Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate at all levels. Strong facilitation skills and ability to gather and document information. Strong time management skills and the ability to handle changing priorities and evolving project requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions. Demonstrated advanced competency in the Microsoft Office suite of products.
